The approach

The result
Mobile PageSpeed jumped from 41 to 78. New landing pages outperform the legacy pages 2.3x on form submissions. Owner kept the WordPress setup he's comfortable editing, no migration risk.
A targeted enhancement beats a full rebuild when the client knows their CMS and just needs the visible problems fixed. Don't replace what works.
