Licensed Florida PI firm (FDACS A1800135) wanted a dedicated landing page for their new cyber/OSINT investigation division. Needed to rank for specific high-intent searches ("digital forensics Miami," "OSINT investigator Florida") while staying within ethical advertising rules for the industry.
The approach
Single static landing page with deep SEO focus — schema markup for LocalBusiness + Service, custom written copy targeting commercial-intent keywords, ethical-positioning section to differentiate from "spy-vs-spy" competitors. Discreet inquiry capture, no chat widgets, no aggressive retargeting.
The result
Ranking on page 1 for several commercial-intent OSINT searches within Miami. Generating qualified inquiries for the firm's cyber division.
For sensitive industries (PI, legal, medical), the design choices that build trust are usually the ones startup SaaS would call "boring." Conservative typography, no popups, no marketing automation. Boring earns the call.
