How long does a full re-roof take?

Most asphalt shingle re-roofs: 2–3 working days. Concrete or clay tile: 5–7 days. Metal standing-seam: 4–6 days. Weather and permit pickup can add a day. We work in continuous shifts so your home isn't sitting open — tear-off and dry-in happen the same day whenever possible.

Do you pull the Miami-Dade permit?
