I'm Elena. I shoot weddings and editorial — primarily in Miami, occasionally abroad — with the same documentary instinct in both.
The pictures I'm proudest of are never the staged ones. They're the second your dad sees you in the dress. The kiss when nobody's watching. The cousin who laughs so hard she has to sit down. My job is to be invisible enough to catch those, and skilled enough to make them beautiful.
I take on roughly 14 weddings a year. If we're a fit, my goal is to give you a gallery you'll come back to in twenty years and feel exactly what it felt like to be there.
