Waterfront Lawn
A wide, manicured lawn opening straight onto Biscayne Bay. Sunset ceremonies here are why most couples book us — the light at 7:14pm in October is a photographer's secret.
A waterfront estate on Biscayne Bay with three ceremony spaces, in-house catering, and a team that's hosted 312 weddings without ever once losing a centerpiece.
Choose a sunset lawn at the water's edge, a chandelier-lit ballroom, or an intimate garden chapel tucked beneath the banyans. Move between them as the night unfolds.

A glass-walled atrium with twin crystal chandeliers and a 24-foot ceiling. Climate-controlled, fully covered, with floor-to-ceiling bay views — the rain plan no one regrets.
An open-air chapel beneath century-old banyan trees, with hand-cut limestone aisle and reclaimed teak pews. Intimate by design — the kind of ceremony you feel in your chest.
No hidden venue fees. No à la carte furniture rentals. Each package is built around a guest count and a vision — your coordinator handles the rest.
The list of things you won't have to source, schedule, or worry about. The shortlist is on purpose.

Our team handles breakdown overnight. You leave with the memories, not the trash bags.
312 since 2014, and we still cry at the first dance. A handful of recent ones, with permission.
We don't filter reviews. We don't pay for them. These are pulled straight from The Knot and WeddingWire.
"Daniela, our coordinator, treated our timeline like it was hers. The bay was glass at sunset, the short rib course got applause, and not one thing went off-script. We tour-booked three other venues — none of them came close."
"It rained — actually poured — 40 minutes before our ceremony. The team pivoted us into the Ballroom Atrium so seamlessly that half our guests didn't realize anything had changed. The chandeliers, the bay glass, the candles — it felt like the plan all along."
"We did our ceremony under the banyans in the Garden Chapel — 62 people, two languages, our grandparents in the front row. Chef Marisol built a menu around my mom's recipes and got it right. We've been to a hundred weddings. None felt like ours."
A 25% deposit reserves your date. The balance is split into two payments — one at 6 months out, one 14 days before the wedding. Full refund up to 9 months out; 50% refund 6–9 months out; date credit (transferable for 18 months) inside 6 months. Hurricane & named-storm clause: full date transfer, always.
For full-estate buyouts (the Grand package), yes — with a $1,800 kitchen access fee and a licensed/insured caterer from our approved partner list. For Intimate and Signature, our in-house team handles catering. We chose this model because it's the part of the day couples regret outsourcing most often. Chef Marisol will build a custom tasting around your story.
Vendors load in 3 hours before guest arrival on Signature and Grand packages, 2 hours on Intimate. For full-day setup (florals, draping, custom installations), Friday afternoon access is included free on Grand and available for $1,200 on Signature. Our team is onsite the whole time.
Yes. A 60-minute rehearsal on Intimate, 90 minutes on Signature, and a full 2-hour rehearsal plus a private welcome dinner on Grand. Your coordinator runs it — so when the day comes, the bridal party knows exactly where to stand.
The Ballroom Atrium is your rain plan, included free on Signature and Grand packages. We make the call 4 hours before the ceremony. The pivot is rehearsed — we've done it 38 times. Your photos will still be stunning. Your guests will still cry at the right moments.
Saturday sunsets in October, November, March, and April book 12–18 months out. Friday and Sunday evenings often have openings 6–9 months out at a 15% lower rate. Off-season (June–August) we can sometimes accommodate 90 days out. The 2027 calendar just opened — best selection now.
Walk the lawn at golden hour. Stand under the banyans. Ask anything. We'll send you home with a quiet PDF, not a follow-up barrage.
