Café Luna started as a Saturday morning ritual — my partner Anna roasting beans on a tiny home roaster, me practicing latte art with a hand-frothed milk pitcher. We opened our doors in 2021 because we couldn't find a coffee shop that was both quiet enough to actually work in and serious enough about the coffee itself.
Four years and 100,000+ drinks later, we're still small, still independent, still roasting locally, and still hand-laminating croissants every morning at 5 AM.
